The proposal rethinks housing as a shared, community-driven framework—prioritizing collective spaces, local living, and architecture as a social condenser.

The project introduces three co-living typologies across a vertical addition, ranging from dormitory-style units to shared townhouses. The ground floor is transformed into a cultural hub with galleries, eateries, and public passageways that reconnect the block’s dormant courtyards. As one ascends, spaces become increasingly open and communal, culminating in an accessible rooftop that invites the city in.
