A 62 sq. m apartment in Modiin, renovated on a minimal budget to accommodate a family of four. The project focused on maximizing space and daylight, introducing natural materials, and integrating moments of color to reflect the family’s character. Through careful planning and small, precise interventions, the apartment was transformed into a space that feels open and efficient, while offering a warm and cohesive experience that feels home.
